Contempt is disdain or scorn. It is lack of respect accompanied by a feeling of intense dislike (WordNet). It’s the state in which you conclude in your mind that someone or something cannot be of any value to you.
Words are powerful. The physical world demonstrates the power of words in that it came into existence through words. After creation of the physical world, words have not ceased to create things; people’s destinies are still being created and recreated with words.
There has never been a time we need emotional wellness more than now. Statistics from the World Health Organization (W.H.O) support this viewpoint. This corresponds to one death by suicide every 40 seconds.” A figure the organization claimed accounted for more deaths than wars and murders put together!
